ORDERS ARE CHECKED THOUGHTFULLY BEFORE DESPATCH.
All items we stock have Manufacturer Warranty*. In the event your ordered item/s are faulty we will accept returns for immediate** replacement / exchange or refund under the following conditions :
A. To ensure a faster service Contact Us first to explain your concern and if required, to obtain a Return Authority Number – use the – Contact Us – form on this website.
B. If you are returning any item/s you must first cover the shipping cost back to us – if our R/A team determines the item has a manufacturing defect we will reimburse all/part of the shipping costs†.
C. If you are returning any item/s they must be in the same condition as you received them ( within reason ) and must be in their original packaging also in the same condition you received them.
We do not accept returns under Warranty if the item/s have been improperly used or damaged because of misuse. We may agree to accept a damaged item for partial refund in special circumstances.
We do not accept any item/s for Warranty returns, exchanges or refunds for any reason except Manufacturer defects††. Please read all descriptions††† & reviews before making a purchase decision.
* As an authorised Re-seller of these items we accept full responsibility of their fitness for purpose and there is no need for the buyer to contact the Manufacturer in the event of faulty or defective goods.
** If applicable we will offer to replace, exchange or refund within 48 Hours of receipt and examination of the returned item/s.
† Full reimbursement only for Standard or Insured Australia Post Parcel Service with Tracking. We are not responsible for any items shipped to us that are lost or damaged through Australia Post or your chosen Courier System – When returning any item/s, please keep & re-use our delivery packaging, or package them thoroughly.
†† Slight differences between the same product, minor imperfections caused during the manufacturing process or extremely slight cosmetic issues ( which fall within the Australian Manufacturing Tolerance guidelines ) that in no way hinders the proper function or performance of the product may not be considered as Manufacturer Defects.
††† Products made by the manufacturers factories can vary very slightly in colour, shape or weight & sometimes ship with different official packaging. Descriptions & pictured items on this website are to be used as an approximate reference only. We welcome all buyers to ask for actual product pictures or more information before ordering.
